How does it
work?
Each case is different. And each case is
personally reviewed by Gregory Stanley
(personal
resume) who is not only a mortgage consultant but also a Certified
Financial Planner (CFP) and is extremely capable of solving your
problem. He is also associated with other mortgage consultants
- across Canada - who specialize in the hard cases. So, whatever
the
mortgage problem a solution is just around the corner.
Solutions take imagination. It may involve the use of a guarantor, or a private mortgage to wrap around your current one. Often, we can refinance your property and pay out all your creditors and give you a lower 'rate' 1st mortgage than you have currently. Or, we can arrange for a private second mortgage to solve your problem. When your credit is poor you will still need to have equity in your property so that a Canada mortgage can be arranged for you. How much will it cost? Depending on your case, we will advise you whether or not Mortgage Consultant fees may apply. In tough deals they will apply but you will be advised in writing beforehand. Any fees applicable will be with your consent. Fees will be quite standard in the industry. Gregory Stanley only charges fees when he is successful in obtaining new financing. He refuses to charge anything if he is not successful! |
